Return/ refund policy
Ordering a unique and or original piece of artwork should be a thoughtful decision. If you were not able to see the specific piece of work in person (in real life) you have to be clear about the fact that it WILL look different than on your digital screen. I still want you to be happy even in case that you do not like the artwork that you have ordered.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the unique artwork, fine art print or any other type of product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The unique artwork, fine art print or any other type of product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that you will have to pay all shipping costs or any other costs resulted by the return / refund process.
